STEP 1
Choose the drawing that has be most VARIETY of negative space shapes- big, small shapes.... interesting shapes....

STEP 2
Make the Negative Space interesting, by adding visual texture, using selections and layer masks...

Remember to turn off the chain to be able to move the image seperate from the mask.

Add shading where the Positive and negative spaces meet, using selections
